2.Denomination(s) bought (ex. 1 pc 1,000 e-Coins or 10 pcs 100 e-Coins)

3.Price paid for the epins (ex. P1,000 e-Coins bought for P900.)

4.Top-up date

5.Amount topped-up (ex. 1,000 e-Coins topped-up to account)
 
6.Source of epins purchase

 

This is to validate the source of the e-Coins and is in no way would cause harm to your account.

We believe that this matter will be addressed soon through your cooperation.

      ex. 1 pc - 1,000 e-Coins

          10 pcs - 100 e-Coins

3. Price paid for the epins

      ex. P900 - 1000 e-Coins

4. Top-up date

5. Amount topped-up 

      ex. bumili ka ng 1500 ecoins, 1000 e-Coins ang nagamit na sa top-up

6. Source of epins purchase (kung saan mo ito binili)

 

Maaari lamang na i-submit ang mga impormasyon na ito sa aming support channel support.gameclub.ph.

Ito ay makakatulong upang ma-validate namin ang source ng mga e-Coins na ito, at ito ay hindi makakaapekto sa inyong account.
